Made simple 2 ingredient flat bread and it’s a gem
100 g plain greek yogurt
100 g self rising flour (to make your own combine 100g all purpose flour, pinch of salt, 1 tsp baking powder)
Mix the ingredients until the dough forms. If it’s too thick add a splash of water. Place in the bowl, cover and let it rest for 30 min.
Pre-heat your cast iron pan. Divide the dough in two. Roll the dough and bake on the preheated pan for a few min per side or until all bubbly and gold in colour.
Top up with your fav toppings and enjoy.
I added some homemade smoked salmon that my bf made, arugula, mushrooms, avocado, baby tomatoes and spicy matchstick carrots. Balsamic drizzle is a must.
This beauty was about 400 calories: flat bread is 190 (38.8 carbs, 0 fat, 10.3 protein)
The rest was the toppings.
