?Salmon Poke Bowl?
This is one of my favorite recipes. I enjoy eating fresh raw salmon all the time☺️. Once you prepare the bowl, the salmon gets cooked while you’re eating it!?

⬇️Salmon Poke Dashi Bowl⬇️
➡️Ingredients:
* 1/2- 1 lb of salmon (depending on serving size)
* 1 ripe hass avocado ?
* 1 medium cucumber
* Cooked HOT white rice or Dashi Rice
* 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
* Carrots (Optional)
* Tofu instead of salmon if you’re vegan
➡️Preparation:
* prepare rice as instructed( if you want to use Dashi rice, I have a recipe already posted)
* Cut salmon? into bite size pieces
* Dice avocado?- set aside
* Dice cucumber?- set aside
* Prepare teriyaki sauce ( equal parts soy sauce, sake?, mirin, brown sugar in a pan for 10 minutes)
* Heat up bowls you intend to eat with
* Once the rice is cook assemble all the ingredients in a warm bowl. Drizzle hot teriyaki sauce on top of the salmon and enjoy!

You can always substitute tofu instead of the salmon if you are vegan !

For those who don’t like the idea of eating raw salmon, once you use a warm bowl combined with hot rice and teriyaki sauce, the salmon is no longer raw. ☺️

Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, great source of protein and may benefit in weight loss.?
