They seek to reimagine and transform food systems in response to the seasons of climate emergency – namely drought, exhausted soils, floods or ocean pollution

Restaurants in 21 museums across the UK have as a result of this movement, removed salmon from their menus, replacing it with ingredients that improve soil and water quality and support marine habitats.
