[💕 ɮɛɛȶʀօօȶ ɦʊʍʍʊֆ: Saw this on a website and sooo wanted to recreate it.. & Boom! we made it – this hot pink lemony goodness!! It tastes absolutely gorgeous 🤤😍:

Ingredients:
🔸 1 Beetroot. 🔹 500g Canned Chickpeas (or Soaked-Cooked ones). 🔸 3 Tbsp Tahini. 🔹 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice. 🔸 3 Garlic cloves – peeled and crushed. 🔹 1 Tsp Ground Cumin. 🔸 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.

Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 180C. 2. Wash & peel the beetroot. Then slice and place it on a roasting tray. 3. Roast for 15 minutes until the beetroot feels a little tender. 4. Once the beet cools down, chuck all ingredients into the food processor or a blender. 5. Blend it until you get a smooth creamy consistency…. & That’s it!

Enjoy with a choice of your favourite salads and nachos. Hummus recipes are always very easy to follow, plus the bonus: it is made with all plant-based healthy ingredients. If you would like to add some bright, vibrant, delicious hue to your table then this will do the job for you.
