Pear + Moong Bean Salad:

Serves 2 

Ingredients:

#Salad:

-1 cup of boiled moong beans.

-1/2 cup pear chopped into pieces.

-Add the soaked moth beans to a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, uncovered, until both are tender(about 15 min).

#Dressing:

-1-2 tablespoons of lime juice. (as per taste)

-A mixture of 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder,1/2 teaspoon black salt & 2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.

-Salt as per taste if needed.

– Mix the above in a dressing form.

*Stays fresh for 2 days if dressing & salad components not mixed.
