ᕼOᗰEᗰᗩᗪE ᗷEᗩᑎ ᗷᑌᖇGEᖇᔕ!🍔 who doesn’t love a good burger?? Lately I’ve been loving meal prepping these burgers and throwing them on wraps, sandwiches, and salads for school cause they are so easy and yummy!! Also, good news! My knee didn’t hurt today so I got to run!!🥳 I am definitely still trying to take it easy and ice it, but I am hoping everything will work out! Thanks for all your prayers and support it means SO MUCH to me!!💕


INGREDIENTS:
-2 cans beans of choice (I did kidney and pinto)
-1/2 large onion
-1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
-1/2 jalapeño
-1/2 cup cooked rice
-1/4 cup oat flour
-1 flax egg
-1 tbs minced garlic
-1.5 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/2 tsp paprika
-1/4 tsp cayenne
-1/2 tsp sriracha


INSTRUCTIONS:
-pulse beans, onion, pepper, jalapeño, and spices in a food processor (do not pulse until completely smooth just enough to combined and break down the beans)
-move to a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients
-shape into burger patties and bale at 400 F for 45 min or until crispy (flip half way through)
-let cool and enjoy!! Refrigerate leftovers😋
