🌱I have been following a mainly raw diet lately (with the exception of my coffee ☕️ 😜) as I recover from a recent surgery, and have found so much great inspiration on @tannyraw ‘s IG feed- especially all of her dinner salads and dressings! I have been attempting my own dressings for dinners with different raw nuts/nut butters and I couldn’t be more satisfied and excited 😜. For tonight’s variation, I added tahini and seasoned with a Garlic 🧄 & Herb 🌿 seasoning – soo good! Now, I just need to find a coconut bowl 🥥 large enough to fit my salad 🥗! Zucchini-Tahini Dressing/Dip: 2Tbsp raw Tahini, 2Tbsp raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2Tbsp Dulse Flakes, 1 Zucchini, 2 ribs Celery, Frontier Garlic & Herb seasoning 🌿, and ~ 1/2 cup water. Added all ingredients to a smaller food processor and blended to desired consistency. Topped with raw sesame seeds and raw sunflower seeds🌻. Enjoyed with a LARGE salad (spring mix lettuce, baby portobello mushrooms 🍄, and mini bell peppers 🌶).
