**HOMEMADE TAHINI DRESSING** I used to never eat salads before 2020 which meant I never thought about salad dressing. Most of the time store bought salad dressings can contain a lot of additives or unnecessary ingredients like milk fat, preservatives and excess salt or sugar. To avoid this issue, I like to make my own. I made a delicious tahini dressing this past week and had to share it! Tahini is a great option for a salad dressing too. It’s made out of sesame seeds which are a terrific source of fiber.

DRESSING:
Equal parts tahini (Sesame seed paste) and water
As much garlic powder as you want
Juice of half a lemon
Optional rice vinegar for extra acidity

Just mix until you have your desired texture! Add more water for a more viscous dressing!
