Zucchini noodles stir fry with fresh tomato and toasted garbanzos.

A quick dinner I whipped up the other day that I enjoyed so much. I feel like a lot of healthy dinner recipes that are on food blogs,Pinterest, etc make it seem like good food has to take an hour or more to make. It does not! This took 15 minutes, had only 3 ingredients, Minimal cooking, and so enjoyable!

Zucchini noodle Stir fry:
🌀1 cup of zoodles(zucchini noodles which I peeled myself)
🌀1 cup @traderjoes riced cauliflower stir fry
🌀Asian sauce of choice, I used a homemade almond butter sauce that I had in the freezer for a couple of months genuinely have no memory of how to make.

Put all ingredients in a small sauce pan and stir fry for 5-8 minutes until the cauliflower is fully I thawed and this noodles are soft and tender. Top with garbanzos, fresh tomatoes, and seasonings of choice. Enjoy!
