Yet another Vegan platter

Spiced long grain rice garnished with healthy and nutritious sunflower shoots.

Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 medium sized onion
1 cup of peas
2 Thai chilli
Salt as per taste
1/8th tea spoon turmeric
Any vegetable you would like to add of your choice

First Caramelize onion and add all freshly chopped vegetables in pressure cooker add spices like turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander powder and some biryani masala(available in Indian grocery stores) after all the spices and vegetables are properly sautéed put the rice in the pressure cooker and put about 1.5 cup of water and then add salt as per taste.
Let it cook until 3 whistle and cool down

Serve your delicious rice on plate and garnish with coriander leaves and super delicious and nutritious #sunflowermicrogreens
