Yesterday’s dinner 🔥
Mashed beans burrito with corn, avocado and hot sauce, sode of baked potatoes and a big salad 🌱
This is an extremely simple way of making beans, and they taste incredible! You can then use them in a wrap or on toast, or however you like them 😎
You only need:
1 can of kidney beans
1 1/2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each cumin and smoked paprika
1/2 lemon juiced
Salt and pepper
Simply mash the beans with a fork, then add all the ingredients and keep mashing and mixing. That’s it 👌🏻
