Yay or nay? 😍 Layers and layers of this purple, lavender ombré chia pudding in a cup; topped with wild blueberries and Coconut flakes! 🤤 Made by @coconutandcashews 💜💜💜

What’s in these layers?
▫️Plain chia
▫️beetroot chia
▫️blue butterfly pea flower & dragon fruit chia

Ingredients
2 cups organic unsweetened almond milk
*you can also opt for 1 cup coconut milk & 1 cup almond milk
2 tbs maple syrup
Pinch of Himalayan salt
2 scoops of hemp protein powder or collagen
1/2 cup prebiotic chia seeds
+
Add
1 tsp beetroot powder, for the dusty pink layer
1 tsp dragon fruit powder + blue butterfly pea flower powder, for the purple layer

Wild blueberries, to taste
Coconut flakes, to taste

Instructions
1. In a blender combine the almond milk, maple syrup, salt, and optional protein powder/collagen. Blend until combined.
2. Add the chia seeds and pulse them in. Pulse briefly every 1-2 minutes until the pudding starts to thicken and the seeds remain evenly distributed as opposed to settling to the bottom. 3-4 pulses is usually enough.
* add the superfood powders separately, one at the time.
3. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
4. Serve with wild blueberries and coconut flakes on top.
