Last night I re created Wagamamas Yasai Yaki Soba and it was so good🤤⠀


•264g cauldron tofu, cubed⠀
•1/3 pepper, sliced ⠀
•1/2 onion, sliced ⠀
•3 spring onions, sliced ⠀
•6 chestnut mushrooms, sliced ⠀
•4 cloves garlic, finely sliced ⠀
•2cm ginger, grated ⠀
•3 tbsp sesame seed oil ⠀
•sprinkle garlic granules ⠀
•Amoy udon noodles ⠀
•3 tbsp dark soy sauce ⠀
•1 tbsp mirin⠀
•1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ⠀
•sprinkle sesame seeds⠀
•sprinkle dried onions ⠀


1️⃣ Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in the pan. Cut the tofu into cubes and add to the pan with the garlic granules. Cook until slightly golden and crispy.⠀
2️⃣ Add 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, garlic and ginger then sauté for 1 min.⠀
3️⃣ Add the rest of the veg and fry stirring often.⠀
4️⃣ Add a packet of the Amoy udon noodles to boiling water to soften and separate, then add to the pan.⠀
5️⃣ Add all the sauces and sesame seeds and cook for 2 mins. ⠀
6️⃣ Add to a bowl, sprinkle some more sesame seeds and the dried onion on top and enjoy😋
