y’all know that i’m not a big fan of yogurt bowls, because they never fill me up properly ✨
but anyway — i did it!
greek yogurt, baked greek yogurt, tahini halva butter, turmeric apricot buckwheat granola, blueberries, persimmon, hemp seeds, cinnamon.
i also had a ginger-persimmon cookie with another cupacoffee 😩
i told yaa!! they don’t fill me up…
recipe for granola:
1/3 cup of green buckwheat, 1/3 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 tbsp of turmeric, lotsa cinnamon, some ginger, some vanilla extract.
2-3 tbsp of funny honey, maple syrup or date syrup, also 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil.
additionally: chopped almonds, puffed rice, dried apricots, coconut shreds?
mix melted coconut oil with honey, spices and then add your dry ingredients in. stir stir stir and then add chopped nuts, coconut shreds and transfer the granola to a baking sheet and bake at 300•d for 15 minutes, but checking and stirring every 4-5 minutes to get it all brown and toasty (not burnt 🥵 lol)
let it cook and get crunchy after baking & serve 💫
