With both of us returning back to a packed routine, revitalizing foods is what we need to keep us going ⚡️ Our Poblano Corn Salad is packed with nutrients that give us that mid-day boost to carry on throughout our day! 💚🌽Whole foods are so much easier to digest and free up so much energy that would be otherwise used to break down your food. 1 cup of poblano pepper, chopped ⁣
1 1/2 cups of cucumber, chopped ⁣
1/2 cup of red onions, chopped ⁣
1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped ⁣
1 cup of tomatoes, chopped⁣
2 cups of corn⁣, sautéed
Juice of 1 lime⁣
2 tbs of olive oil ⁣
Salt/pepper to taste⁣

1. Add all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl. ⁣
2. Mix until well combined. ⁣
