Winter pasta shapes covered in Vegan Valley Cheeze sauce are keeping us cozy ⛄️❄️
Recipe ⬇️
1 box of Pasta
1/2 jar @veganvalleycheeze Mild Cheeze
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
8 oz of Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 tsp Vegan Butter
Optional: a few leaves of fried Sage
Directions:
Boil water & cook pasta according to box.
Once the pasta is done drain the water.
Cut mushrooms into thin slices.
Then, add 1 tsp of butter to the pot & add sliced mushrooms.
Once the mushrooms are cooked add in tomato paste & vegan valley cheeze sauce.
Mix it all together & then add in pasta!
For the sage leaves add a very small amount of butter to a pan & fry the leaves. They should get a little brown.
Sprinkle on top of each bowl.
