🍎Who would be up for an apple pie smoothie with salted date caramel?🍎🍯
My favorite way to enjoy apples when I don’t have the time to bake an actual pie. And to be honest I don’t mind enjoying cold smoothies wrapped in warm blanket during winter.✨ Hope you are all doing well

Ingredients for 2 smoothies:
2 apples, cored (200 g)
100 g frozen banana
80 g frozen Zucchini
1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
240 ml oatmylk
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg

Salted caramel:
100 g sukari dates (or other soft dates)
80 ml hot water
1 tsp almond butter
¼ tsp salt
.
Method:
1. For the salted caramel soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding a little more water if necessary.
2. Mix the ingredients for the smoothie in a high speed blender until smooth.
3. Spread as much salted caramel as you like in two glass. Transfer the smoothies to the glasses and enjoy right away.
