SO GOOD, in so many ways. These white bean cookie dough blondies will have you feeling wonderful. They are satisfyingly sweet, and have a hint of nuttiness thanks to the cashew butter that’s mixed into the batter. 🍪⁠

The secret ingredient this cookie dough’s consistency is actually navy beans + white chia seeds, flavored with cinnamon and maple syrup. This no bake recipe is also gluten free and packed with protein – enjoy joyously! 🍁⁠

* INGREDIENTS *⁠
(For the Cookie Dough)⁠
1 (15oz/425g) can White or Navy Beans (precooked & rinsed)⁠
½ cup Cashew Butter⁠
½ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips⁠
3 tbsp Maple Syrup⁠
1 tbsp White Chia Seeds⁠
2 tsp Vanilla Extract⁠
1 tsp Cinnamon⁠
A pinch of Salt⁠

* DIRECTIONS *⁠
1. Place the chia seeds in a tbsp of water and let them gel for about 5-10 minutes.⁠
2. Place all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into your blender and blend until creamy.⁠
3. Place the mixture in a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.⁠
4. Spread the cookie dough in a parchment-lined loaf pan and refrigerate to harden.⁠

Slice and serve! ⭐️⁠
