We believe in the Ayurvedic philosophy, ‘when something is wrong with your body then something is wrong with your mind and when something is wrong with your mind then something is wrong with your body’. Mind and body are one entity and both need to be stimulated with daily practice of Yoga (could be just breathing and witnessing the moment) and eating a plant based diet made with the right spices and ingredients can bring peace to mind and soul and help cure many internal ailments!
