we love a good smoothie bowl with no measured ingredients and toppings!! who’s with me?!?!

i can’t even describe how freeing it becomes when u stop obsessing over exactly how much you’re eating day in day out! i got to a point where i used to calculate and measure every single ingredient in my meals because it needed to be exact. anything over that “perfect amount” and i would freak out and beat myself up over it. i still can’t believe i even got to that point. but once i stopped engaging in this toxic behaviour, it unleashed a deep, deep freedom within me. i never realised how much brain space it took up and now i‘m able to think about more important things in my life again!!!
you’re not living life to the fullest if you’re constantly calculating and measuring your intake. you won’t be able to live in the moment and just enjoy food for what it really provides to you; nourishment, satisfaction and comfort!
