6 pita breads
1 small head cauliflower
1 400g tin of chickpeas
4 tbsp Moroccan seasoning
2 tbsps paprika
2 tbsps of chilli powder
2 tbsps of parsley powder
Juice of a lemon

To make
1. Chop up your cauliflower, drain the chickpeas put on an oven bake tray and pour over some olive oil.
2. Mix all your herbs together and sprinkle over the chickas and the florets massage with your hands get the spices over every thang.
3. Squeeze over the lemon juice and wap in the oven for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Heat up your pita breads in the toaster or whatevs slice in half and stuff them with chickas and the Cauli when it’s cooked with some leaves and finish with your fav sauce.
