Choc Buckwheat Pancake by @healthyeating_jo ❤️ Recipe⠀
1 cup buckwheat flour 175g⠀
1 banana sliced 123g⠀
1 cup almond or coconut milk 250ml⠀
1 Tbsp sugarfree drinking chocolate 15g (or cacao)⠀
2 Tbsp cacao powder 15g⠀
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda⠀
1 tsp baking powder⠀
1 tsp apple cider vinegar ⠀
1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
1 Tbsp granulated stevia (more to taste) or sweetener of choice 10g⠀
Pinch of salt⠀

Blend wet ingredients including banana in a blender until smooth then stir into combined dry ingredients. Cook as normal.⠀
