Vietnamese spring rolls! 🇻🇳 The filling couldn’t be easier: carrots, smoked tofu, zucchini, and lettuce. The peanut and sesame sauce makes it amazingly delicious 😋 Scroll down for the recipe 👇

– Slice the carrots and zucchini in thin layers and boil them for a couple of minutes until they get softer.
– Fry the firm tofu in sesame oil and a splash of soy sauce.
– Put everything on a wet rice paper and roll it like a burrito!
– You can add other herbs such as mint, coriander or basil.
The sauce is the key. In a small blender, mix all the ingredients with little water until you get a smooth cream.

– Sesame oil
– Vegan “fish sauce”
– Sugar
– Garlic
– Chili
– Lemon juice
