Beautiful healthy long beans is a meal by it self.my mother used to make it with side rice and olives with fresh pickles from our farm and of course the freshly baked bread.
We all 11 children set around that amazing food and enjoy what life and the land had to offer🙏
I am just repeating the nostalgic event

Ingredients in the pictures

Cut garlic ,beans,pepper and peel tomatoes and cut.
Sauté garlic and peppers in 2 tablespoon olive oil add the beans and fresh or dry oregano keep sautéing for few minutes then add tomatoes and keep flipping and sautéing until the beans get little soft.
Add 1 cup water,cumin,pepper and salt to taste let cook 5 more minutes.
