Veggie sandwich made with freshly baked homemade wholewheat roll ? falafels, broccoli, hummus, tomato, carrot, sundried tomatoes, mixed greens and sesamme seeds ?
Ingredients for falafels:
? 1 jar of chickpeas
? 2-3 teaspoons of oil from dried tomatoes (this is essential! Gives perfect flavor)
? Salt, pepper
? Chilli flakes/cayenne pepper, dried basil, dried garlic
? Breadcrumbs
Blend all ingredient together, form small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs. Bake in 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

How to make delish baked broccoli?
Marinate broccoli in: olive oil (i like using herb infused olive oil), balsamic vinegar, hearty amount of salt, pepper, dried garlic and some dried basil then bake in 180°C for 20 minutes ?
