Recipe:
Ingredients⠀
Easy Mexican style rice: ⠀
1 cup quick cook brown rice (rinsed) ⠀
1.5 cups water ⠀
1 can tomatoes with green chilis⠀
1 tsp garlic and onion powder ⠀
1 tsp paprika ⠀
1/2 tsp cumin ⠀
Salt and pepper to taste ⠀

Instructions⠀
Bring everything to a boil in a small pot, cover with a lid and let simmer on very low heat for 15-20 minutes.⠀
Turn off the heat, let sit for another 5 minutes, fluff up with a fork. Enjoy!
