>Follow Your Heart Mozz and Parm
>Bell Pepper
>Onion
>Garlic
>Spinach
>Black Salt
>S & P
>Fresh Thyme

Instructions:
>Slice bell pepper and onion julienne. Or a little thicker than matchsticks. Saute both on high heat until blistered. Lower the heat and add garlic and spinach. Move around constantly so the spinach can begin to welt. Add salt and pepper and remove from heat to a separate bowl.
>Add coconut oil to the pan, lower the heat to a medium. Add about 1/4ish cup of Just Egg, add salt, pepper and black salt. Start to move the sides of the omelette to the center until there’s no liquid left.
>Add some cheese in the middle and stuff with veggies. Fold both sides into the center and voila! Fin!
>Garnish with fresh thyme and some Parm!
