VEGETABLE & TOFU DUMPLINGS See the recipe below inspired by @woon.heng
Check out my IGTV video showing you how to make these on my account @thegoodtimevegan or save this for you to make these yourself! This recipe makes between 25- 30 dumplings and they can be frozen to use for a future meal
INGREDIENTS
1 carrot
1/2 leek
1/4 green cabbage
8 mushrooms
1/3 block tofu (200g approx)
1 package dumpling wrappers
3 cloves garlic
1 red chilli
2tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1tbsp sesame oil
chopped chives

METHOD:
;inely chip your ingredients or use a food processor to finely dice
,dd 1tbsp canola oil to a non-stick pan
﹖autee crushes garlic for 1 minute and then add your vegetables
,dd in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chilli and sesame oil and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat or until vegetables have soften and tofu is browned
;inish your mixture with chopped chives if you have them available
Use approx 1 heaped tsp per dumping wrapper and create your dumplings
Heat 1tbsp oil in a non stick pan and add your dumplings. Cook until brown and crispy on the bottom
,dd 1/2 cup boiling water approx to pan- cover immediately and simmer until water has evaporated
﹖ervice with soy, vinegar, sesame oil and chopped
