VEGETABLE & TOFU DUMPLINGS 🥟See the recipe below inspired by @woon.heng

INGREDIENTS
💫1 carrot
💫1/2 leek
💫1/4 green cabbage
💫 8 mushrooms
💫1/3 block tofu (200g approx)
💫1 package dumpling wrappers
💫3 cloves garlic
💫 1 red chilli
💫 2tbsp soy sauce
💫 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
💫 1tbsp sesame oil
💫 chopped chives

METHOD:
💡Finely chip your ingredients or use a food processor to finely dice
💡Add 1tbsp canola oil to a non-stick pan
💡Sautee crushes garlic for 1 minute and then add your vegetables
💡Add in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chilli and sesame oil and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat or until vegetables have soften and tofu is browned
💡Finish your mixture with chopped chives if you have them available
💡 Use approx 1 heaped tsp per dumping wrapper and create your dumplings
💡 Heat 1tbsp oil in a non stick pan and add your dumplings. Cook until brown and crispy on the bottom
💡Add 1/2 cup boiling water approx to pan- cover immediately and simmer until water has evaporated
💡Service with soy, vinegar, sesame oil and chopped 🌶
