. Vegetable Dalia
(Porridge)

INGREDIENTS
Roasted dalia one cup
Carrot ,beans ,peas(whatever in your fridge)
Half ginger chopped
One green chilli chopped
Mustard seeds
Lemon juice
Coriander chopped

METHOD
Heat one spoon oil in pan
Add half tsp mustard seed
Let is crackle
Add ginger and chillies
Add the veggies you want
Stir for 2 minutes

Add roasted dalia ,salt to taste and one cup water in it
Close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes till dalia is soft
Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy this healthy breakfast with lots of
fibre
