Vegan TURNOVER (Empanadas)

Filling: we cooked the plant-based ground meat from @lidlus with sofrito made of onion, celery, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and a splash of liquid aminos and apple cider vinegar. For the sofrito, put all the ingredients in a food processor. Then, we added tomato sauce and cooked in low heat.

As for the dough, we used the one from @goyafoods. We did not deep-fry the empanadas. Instead, we used @instantpotofficial vortex pro air fry setting.
