Vegan Turkish Bread Pizza ?????
Food prepping for kids school lunches tomorrow….??
These are such a quick, tasty and budget friendly idea for any occasion really….
Just make a basic dough and put on any ingredients your kids love, or whatever is leftover in the fridge?
This Dough is sooooooo fluffy and is very good as a base recipe☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️?
I love using leftover Zucchini, Pumpkin or Sundried tomatoes work well with it too!
Basic dough recipe-
◾️3 1/3 cups of Plain Flour
◾️1 7g sachet of Dried Yeast
◾️1 tsp Salt
◾️1 tsp Sugar
◾️1 1/2 cups of warm water
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients in the bowl.
Add warm water to the well then mix in with wooden spoon gently.
Once its too sticky to use with spoon, use your hand to bring the dough together in the bowl.
Turn on to a lightly floured surface and knead for approx 15mins or until dough is smooth.
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, seal with cling wrap .
Rest for approx 1 hour (it should double in size).
After dough as risen… turn out dough onto bench.
Divide dough in half, and get x2 baking trays (lined with baking paper) put 1 in each tray and gently spread dough out evenly.
Let rest for 15mins under a damp cloth.
After 15mins your dough is ready!!!!!
Then put whatever you like on top of your Turkish bread dough ….and then cook it in the oven for approx 15 mins….. ENJOY??
