Vegan triple chocolate cake ??? .

For the dough:
– 150g cooked chocolate
– 500ml chocolate soy milk
– 500g flour
– 400g sugar
– 2 pkg of baking powder
– 30g cocoa powder
– 250ml sunflower oil

For the pudding layer:
– 1 L chocolate soy milk
– 250ml soy cuisine (soy cream)
– 2 tsp agar agar
– Vegan chocolate spread

– 2 Vego whole nut bars
– raspberries

Mix all the ingredients for the dough well and pour into a greased springform pan. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Then let it cool well.
Now remove about 1 cm of dough from the top and sides of the cake. (In order to be able to fill the pudding layer into the ring shape here)
Cut the cake once in the middle and cover the inside with the chocolate cream. Cover again DRUF DRUF DRUF .. xD

Now it gets serious: let the ingredients for the cream rest well mixed in a saucepan for 10 minutes and then bring to the boil. Agar agar solidifies at 45 Gard so you have enough time to let the liquid cool briefly beforehand. Then put it over the cake and chill again for 1-2 hours.

Now you can make the cake beautiful as you please! I chopped 2 vego whole nut chocolate bars and cut them in the middle and set up a raspberry wreath.
