Vegan TLT sandwich with my vegan No-Egg Yolk sauce ?

I added avocado, hummus, portobello mushrooms and vegan cheese from @veeseynz to my TLT! What is your favourite sandwich?
Vegan “Egg Yolk” Sauce
Ingredients
✽ 1 tsp cornstarch
✽ 4 tbsp filtered water
✽ 3 tbsp vegan margarine
✽ 1/8 tsp turmeric
✽ 1/4-1/2 tsp black salt *
✽ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
1. In a little glass dissolve the cornstarch in the water using a little whisk or fork. Melt the margarine in a little saucepan over low heat. Once melted add all the other ingredients. Whilst constantly whisking bring to a boil until the sauce thickens. Take off the heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Note:
* Adjust the amount of salt depending on how salty you eat and how much you like the sulphurous taste.
You can perfectly make this sauce on bulk and refrigerate it in an air-tight container. Once you want to use it heat it up for a few seconds in the microwave and stir well until runny again.
