Vegan Spicy Samosa with Spicy Vegan Mayo

Brown onion: 2, chopped
‎‏Garlic: 3, chopped finely ‎‏
Potato: 6, boiled and chopped
‎‏Parsley: 5 tbsp, chopped ‎
Coriander: 6 tbsp, chopped ‎‏Turmeric: 3 tsp
‎‏Hot chili: 2 tbsp (optional)
‎‏Oil, Salt and pepper: as required ‎
Bread (Any kind of thin bread that you can roll): 16 rolls
Add oil to a pan, add onion and stir until golden, add garlic, potatoes, turmeric, hot chili, salt and black pepper and stir. Leave it for 15 minutes and stir occasionally. Add coriander and parsley and mix it, leave it for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Keep the mixture aside. Pre-heat oven on 170C. Put 1 tbsp of ingredients in your bread, roll it (I’ll post photos in story and highlights). Do it with all the ingredients. Put samosas in a baking tray, use oil spray or brush them with oil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until they become golden.
