Ingredients:
50 gr Flora Plant unsalted
250 gr flour
200 ml of almond milk
25 g coconut flour sugar
3 tbsp apple syrup
2 tbsp biscuit spices
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Preparation Method:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease the cake tin with a little Flora Plant.
Briefly heat the apple syrup so that the syrup becomes liquid and then mix the syrup with a whisk through the almond milk in a large bowl.
Melt the Flora Plant and add this to the mixture together with the coconut blossom sugar, spice spices, baking soda and baking powder.
Finally, mix the flour in little by little. If it is no longer possible to mix with the whisk, you can use a spatula.
Pour into the cake tin and bake the gingerbread for about 35-45 minutes.
Use a skewer to test whether the gingerbread is cooked. When it comes out clean, the gingerbread can come out of the oven. Let it cool down a bit and then cut into slices.
