🌱 Ingredients⁠
PIE CRUST:⁠
– 130 g Spelt Flour⁠
– 1/4 tsp Salt⁠
– 45 g Vegan Butter⁠
– 4 tbsp Cold Water⁠

TOFU CREAM FILLING:⁠
– 400 g Silken Tofu⁠
– 2 tbsp Soy Flour⁠
– 1 Garlic Clove⁠
– 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast⁠
– 1 tsp Salt and Pepper⁠
– 1/2 tsp Lala Namak⁠

TOPPINGS:⁠
– 250 g Cherry Tomatoes⁠
– 50 g Sauteed Mushrooms⁠
– Fresh Basil⁠

🔥 Prep:⁠
1. In a large bowl mix flour, salt, cold water and vegan butter, �knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms⁠
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes⁠
3. Roll out the dough evenly and transfer it to a (20cm /8 inch) tart pan⁠
4. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F⁠
5. Blend all filling ingredients in a blender until smooth⁠
6. Pour the filling onto the crust and top with sautéed mushrooms and sliced tomatoes⁠
7. Bake for 40-50 minutes⁠
8. Let cool down and allow to firm up⁠
– Add fresh basil and ENJOY!⁠
