🌱 Ingredients
– 50 g Rice Noodles
– a handful of greens (Baby Spinach)
– 1 small Carrot
– 5 slices Beetroot
– 5 slices Cucumber
– 1 Radish
– 1/4 Avocado
– 150 g Tofu
– Sesame Seeds
– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
🔥 Prep:
1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions
2. Wash, slice and prepare all veggies
3. Sautée tofu with spices of your choice
4. Serve everything with soy sauce and sesame seeds
