– 50 g Rice Noodles⁠
– a handful of greens (Baby Spinach)⁠
– 1 small Carrot⁠
– 5 slices Beetroot⁠
– 5 slices Cucumber⁠
– 1 Radish⁠
– 1/4 Avocado⁠
– 150 g Tofu⁠
– Sesame Seeds⁠
– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce⁠

🔥 Prep:⁠
1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions⁠
2. Wash, slice and prepare all veggies⁠
3. Sautée tofu with spices of your choice⁠
4. Serve everything with soy sauce and sesame seeds⁠
