Vegan Peanut Butter Bars – Such an amazing recipe with only 4 ingredients and no oven needed ???

Recipe:
1. Grind oats in a food processor, it doesn’t have to be finely grinded;

2. In a large bowl add all ingredients expect for chocolate and stir until blended;

3. Place the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper. Make sure to spread it well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 mins;

4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or just use a microwave (add a bit of water/plant milk);
–
5. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter and oats mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Store covered in refrigerator.
