😋 Vegan Omelette⁠

You can have omelettes, burgers, hot dogs, anything vegan! You don’t need animal products to enjoy your favourite foods. 🌱⁠

The ingredients are for the omelette but you also need a filling:⁠


👇 Sample Filling 👇⁠
🔵 1 medium tomato⁠
🔵 ½ red onion⁠
🔵 1 cup white button mushrooms⁠
🔵 2 cups fresh spinach⁠
🔵1 tbsp olive oil⁠

👇 Directions 👇⁠

📍 Chop the onion, tomato, mushrooms and add together with a dash of water in a large skillet⁠
📍 Cook until onion is golden brown, then add the spinach and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes⁠
📍 Prepare the omelette mixture by whisking together in a large bowl the chickpea flour, water, nutritional yeast, turmeric, black pepper and black salt⁠
📍 Using a non-stick pan pour ½ of the mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes until bubbles appear⁠
📍 Add ½ the filling on one side and fold in half⁠
📍 Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until ready⁠
📍 Repeat as needed for additional omelettes!⁠
