VEGAN NO BAKE SALTED CARAMEL DONUTS 🍩

Ok these have been sitting in my fridge for a few days, waiting to be dipped in chocolate, but all good things come to those who wait! Thanks Sammy for this fab recipe! 🤍

INGREDIENTS:
▪︎ 7 large medjool dates deseeded (approx. 95g) – soaked for 10 mins
▪︎ 1/2 cup (35g) desiccated coconut⠀
▪︎1 cup (120g) rolled oats
▪︎ 1 scoop @bscclean salted caramel protein (45g)
▪︎ 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
▪︎ 30ml almond milk
▪︎3 tablespoons @pana_organic peanut caramel spread OR 3 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
▪︎ 70g @pana_organic white chocolate melted to coat
▪︎ 10g @pana_organic mylk chocolate melted to drizzle

METHOD
1. Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor or @vitamix until a soft dough forms.

2. Transfer the dough into your silicone donut moulds and place in the fridge or freezer to set.

3. Once they are set, coat in melted white chocolate and drizzle with melted mylk chocolate.

4. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes for the chocolate to set. (if you try and eat now you will end up in a sticky chocolate mess as I did – see last photo 😂)
