A head of sauerkraut (I have a lot left since I made sarma), 1 red onion, 1 carrot, 2 to 3 bay leaves, half a clove of garlic, vegetable salt, sweet and smoked paprika powder, pepper, chili, oil rapeseed, olive oil and farfalle (butterflies).

Procedure
Put sliced ​​sauerkraut to cook in a deep bowl and cook covered for 45 minutes.
Fry onion and finely chopped garlic in rapeseed oil, then add one grated carrot and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add strained boiled cabbage to the stewed vegetables and add laurel to it. Simmer for another half an hour, adding water if necessary. Finally, season to taste and add cooked farfalle (butterflies). All “married” and sprinkled with 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil!!!
I put in a little more pepper and chili. It doesn’t hurt if it’s a little hot, the taste is great.
