VEGAN IMPOSSIBLE MEATLOAF ✨

Posting this by itself for aesthetic purposes 😅

As requested, here’s a vegan meatloaf! No measurements, just love & winging it! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

(Meatloaf): 1 package @impossible_foods ground, a bit of uncooked oatmeal (binder to replace breadcrumbs-it works SO well), @justegg for a binder as well, a bit of Italian seasoning-not too heavy on this so it doesn’t overpower, Himalayan salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, splash of @bragg liquid aminos

(Glaze): Ketchup, brown sugar, Himalayan salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add meatloaf ingredients into a bowl & combine

2. Consider lining your pan with parchment paper or something similar for easy removal. Add mixture into pan

3. Cover meatloaf, put it in the oven at 400° for 30 minutes

4. Remove the meatloaf & add glaze to the top to finish. I put it back in on broil & watched it closely just to let it caramelize

5. Let cool for about 20 minutes or however long you feel. Cut & enjoy!
