Vegan hiker peanut choc fudge bars

These are an energy packed super treat that will provide you with lots of energy for walking running jumping and dancing ?

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup of pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup of cacao powder
2 tablespoons of hemp powder
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/3 cup of dedicated coconut
2 tablespoons pure peanut butter ( I used @mayversfood)
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil, plus more if it’s too dry
1/4 cup of peanut butter for the topping

Method:
Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender until a paste/ fudgey moist texture forms. Line a brownie tray with baking paper and press the mixture down evenly. Then speed over the extra peanut butter. Cover with glad wrap and set in the freezer for an hour or over night!

Slice them Into little fudge rectangles and enjoy these energy bursts in moderation. Such a delcious decadent treat that is great for you choc peanut butter lovers ??

Store in an airtight container and keeps in the fridge for a week or the freezer for 3 weeks.
