Ingredients :green pumpkin , Carrots, Red Onions , garlic , canned white beans , celery , chilli,Tomatoes pure, olive oil.
Spices , salt , black paper , smoked paprika, ground Coriander
This rich Nutritious vegan Noodles is so yummy spicy and i used my homemade jameed with garlic the mix of flavours os divine and i added beans as source of protein , it was all suatē and ētuver ( using steam) and very less oil for more healthy food .
