Vegan & Gluten Free Sausage Pasta 🍝
Shopping List:
▫️2 Beyond Sausages
▫️4 cups of spinach
▫️1 jar of 24oz Classico Spicy Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce (or other vegan/gluten free sauce of preference)
▫️1 box of 8oz Banza Chickpea Pasta
Cooking instructions:
1️⃣ In a pasta pot start boiling the water for your pasta
2️⃣ In a sauce pan place the sauce on the bottom with the spinach on top and heat on medium low
3️⃣ Slice the beyond sausages and sauté over medium until browned – when thoroughly browned add to the top of the sauce pan on top of the spinach *saves a dish and allows the juices to mix with the sauce!*
4️⃣ After the water comes to a boil, add pasta and cook as directed *foaming while cooking chickpea pasta is normal!*
5️⃣ Once the pasta is done cooking, drain, then rinse with cool water and drain again
6️⃣ Turn off the heat, add the rest of the ingredients from the sauce pot, combine & enjoy 😋❤️
