Vegan/GF SAUSAGE LASAGNA • Home Cooking
I have been thinking about this every hour on the hour since I first tasted this insane creation I made last weekend👅 I am absolutely OBSESSED!!!! I will be making again this weekend (and prob every weekend for the remainder of my days on earth). Even my dad who is skeptical of just trying vegan food ate this up while absolutely gushing over how delicious it was. SO, SO, SO, freaking good.
I will say that this was pretty much a lasagna hack using lots of Baltimore ingredients mixed with things you can find at the grocery store, so here’s the info:
1 box @barillaus gluten free lasagna noodles
1 tube @lightlifefoods lean sausage
2 blocks @thegreenerkitchen mozzarella
2 containers @kitehillfoods ricotta
4 – 8oz sauce from @johnnyrads
Garlic powder, red chili flake, garlic salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning (all eye balled / to taste)
@followyourheart grated parm cheese
Y’all… make this NOW. Immediately. Like, yesterday. You won’t regret it. 🤤🤤🤤🤤 it was bubbly, cheesy, perfect texture, so flavorful, etc etc etc.
