🌱 Ingredients:
1. Rice (I used leftover Organic Royal Blend)
β€’ 1 cup rice
β€’ 1 tbsp vegan butter
β€’ 2 tbsp sesame oil
β€’ about 3 tbsp soy sauce
β€’ chopped onions
β€’ chopped garlic
β€’ 1 tsp paprika
β€’ 1 tsp lemon and pepper seasoning
β€’ chopped green onions
β€’ chopped cabbage
β€’ fresh green beans
β€’ 2 sweet peppers
β€’ beech mushrooms
β€’ about 3 tbsp water

Method:
β€’ Add the sesame oil to a frying pan (medium high), the onions and garlic. Stir and cook until onions are translucent.
β€’ at the paprika, lemon and pepper seasoning and combine.
β€’ add the cooked rice, stir and cook for about 5 min.
β€’ add the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
β€’ add the green onions, sweet peppers and green beans and stir.
β€’ add the water of needed.
β€’ add the beech mushrooms, stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes 🌱
