VEGAN FOIE GRAS/vegan pâté : easy delicious Faux Gras alternative under 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
· 6 cups of a mix of mushrooms (750g)
· 1 and ½ tablespoon of tahini (unsalted)
· Fresh oregano (optional)
· 4 tablespoons of truffle oil
· 1 and ½ tablespoons of soy sauce
· 2 tablespoons of cumin
· 1 tablespoon of miso
· 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
· A tablespoon of garlic powder
· a teaspoon of pepper (white or black)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor put
– 750g of mushroom, I have a mix with chanterelle and champions
– Put one and a half tablespoon of tahini, unsalted.
– Fresh oregano
– Four tablespoons of truffle oil
Mix intermittently for about 3 minutes until obtaining a semi homogeneous structure
Then put it in the non-stick pan and put on the medium fire to cook the mushrooms for at least 15minutes. During this time put in it and mix:
– 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of cumin
– 1 tablespoon of miso
– 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
– A tablespoon of garlic powder
– a teaspoon of pepper (white or black)
Mix continuously with a wooden spoon until obtaining a paté like consistency. Let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge and serve the next day
