Vegan Cinnamon Swirl Buckwheat Pancakes!

I was in the mood for something cinnamon so I decided to try out some cinnamon swirl pancakes and they did not disappoint!
What you need:
-1 Cup buckwheat flour
-1 1/2Tbs sugar
-1/2 Tsp salt
-1 Tsp baking soda
-1 1/2 Tbs vegan butter
-1 banana (mashed)
-1 Cup unsweetened Oatmilk
For cinnamon swirl:
-3 Tbs brown sugar
-1 1/2 Tbs cinnamon
-3 Tbs melted butter
-1 small baggie
•first start preheating you pan so it’s warm when you are ready to cook
•mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt) into a large bowl
•melt your butter and stir it into your dry ingredients
•the pour in your milk slowly (you may not need all of it) and mix in your banana
•before cooking mix together all the ingredients for the swirl and mix them in a plastic baggie and cut a small piece of the corner off the bag
•coat you pan with olive oil and spoon in your batter to cook
•squeeze out your cinnamon mix onto one side of your pancakes into a swirl
•reduce your heat to medium-low and cook your cakes until they are golden brown on each side
•serve with maple syrup and enjoy!!
